1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zlate mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Zlate is an invite-only platform that connects verified individuals for sports and recreational activities. By using this App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Account Registration
To use Zlate, you must create an account using a valid invite code. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not share your account or invite codes with unauthorized persons
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Zlate responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Use the App for any commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Fail to honor commitments made to activity partners without reasonable notice
4. Activity Matching & Reliability
Zlate facilitates connections between activity partners. We expect all users to:
- Show up for scheduled activities on time
- Provide reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) if cancellation is necessary
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude during activities
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions or termination.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Zlate offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You may manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Zlate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Zlate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Zlate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of activities arranged through the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zlate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including injuries sustained during activities arranged through the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
